Dear Chris,

Brian and I just wanted to drop a line to let you know how pleased we are that we have had HRV installed.

Since the installation we have noticed how the house has dried out and the temperature throughout is all even. Also we haven’t had all the condensation on the windows which I especially have noticed seeing as I used to wipe them each morning.

Chris, we were both very impressed with your professionalism. You explained everything so clearly and left the final decision up to us without being pushy.

Also we would like you to pass our thanks on to the installation guys as they left the house exactly as they found it.

We would have no hesitation in recommending you and the installation team to our friends.
