This fax is to provide you with some feedback after the installation of HRV in our home and our investment property. Our tenants love it. Their elderly mother who has joint pain noticed a real improvement. The unit is now dry and warm. Because it is so cheap to run the tenants who are very budget conscious are happy to use it. Because it ventilates despite tenants closing all windows we will install it in all our future investment properties. We had recently insulated the unit to prevent mould growth. Next time we may try installing HRV first to see if it alone can prevent dampness. In our home my husband Cameron has noticed a real improvement in his sleeping patterns, but most significantly he is not 'blocked up' in the morning.
