Dear Michael,

I wish to let HRV know how thrilled we are with the system we have installed.

Our downstairs rooms always felt colder, slightly musty but now they are definitely warmer, drier and fresher. I have noticed on cold days our home is about 5 degrees warmer. As we haven’t had a full winter with it yet I can’t really comment on condensation but so far there has been none.

It is bliss on these hot muggy nights to feel the lovely fresh cool air blowing into the house.

We are delighted with our HRV and would strongly recommend it to anyone who is conscious of enjoying clean filtered air.
