Dear Michael,

Where do I start congratulating you on not only a great product but on the great representative that come to our home. Hamish MacIntosh was excellent. He explained everything to me in a language I could understand - no technical jargon! And most of all he was friendly and NOT pushy like some reps can be.

Now for the HRV system - its great. From the first day it was installed the condensation was diminished, and gradually over about 2-3 weeks it disappeared altogether, the house was drier, warmer and some evening we don’t even need heating on. It really is a great product. We just wish we’d installed it years ago! We’d recommend the system to everyone.
