Dear Sir,

We are a couple of days short of a month in having HRV installed in our home. I think I would have been a right berk if I had written to you right away. So we have given it a chance to prove it-self, so to speak. I would not go as far as saying it?s the best thing since sliced bread, a bottle of Scotch takes that position but HRV is close behind.

We purchased this home about 6 months ago and we have had a lot to do as it was filthy and neglected. The carpet had to be replaced through entire house and my wardrobe was damp and stunk even after scrubbing and painting. I have had 3 suits, jackets plus shoes go mouldy. Like wise my wife?s wardrobe. Also this month we have had allsorts of weather. I have found that HRV has kept the all windows clear of condensation, Our wardrobes no longer stink and I think they are now dry. It has also kept the dust down, the carpet, we have a Kirby up-right vacuum cleaner, (I do that job, as my wife has a bad wrist) the Kirby has motorized rear wheels. It was easy to do before, but it seems to glide over the carpet now.

We were greatly impressed with the representation the team who came and installed it were very good, polite, clean and tidy workers. We hardly knew they were here. As I have stated earlier we had a new carpet, its colour is Aubergine .You would not think the team had been working here. Not a speck of dirt on it. Both my wife and I are highly impressed with the system. Money well spent. Thank you, and the team on our behalf please.
