I had a phone call this morning from a competitor of yours. The pleasant chap stated that he would be passing through on his way to Pakuranga and could squeeze me in for a quick quote. I took great delight in informing said chap that while this was the first I had heard from his company and I was pleased to receive his call, in the time between our initial request for contact and today we had been contacted by HRV, had received and friendly in-home sales pitch and quote, had the system installed to our requirements and had been very pleased with the result in the two weeks it had been running. Needless to say he was staggered.

Well done HRV! The service has been fantastic! Efficient and friendly - from your customer service staff to your sales team (thanks Ken) and of course the installers.

The system is working better than we had imagined - our gas heating has halved and not a drop of moisture - and we’re very happy customers.

We’re already singing your praises to friends and family.
