- The promotion commences on Monday 8th December 2025 and ends Sunday 18th January 2026.
- Eligible for any domestic household that completes a sales agreement with HRV for a Pioneer High Wall Heat Pump and pays a deposit by midnight Sunday 1st February 2026.
- Promotional pricing includes standard installation and GST.

- Standard installation means:
- Install of the indoor and outdoor units on opposite sides of an external wall.
- Maximum pipe length 5m.
- Maximum trunking 3m.

- RCBO protection on all systems.
- A dedicated back to board circuit for all systems over 5kW.
- Maximum 15m wiring and conduit.
- Installation of the outdoor unit on a suitably flat, level, and clear area.
