    • The promotion commences on Wednesday 1st October 2025 and ends Sunday 2nd November 2025. 
    • Eligible for any domestic household that completes a sales agreement with HRV for any Pioneer high wall heat pump and pays a deposit by midnight Sunday 2nd November 2025. 
    • Promotional pricing includes standard installation^ and GST.

    • ^Standard installation means:  
    • A standard “back-to-back” installation which includes: 
    • Install of the indoor and outdoor units on opposite sides of an external wall. 
    • Maximum pipe length 5m. 
    • Maximum trunking 3m. 
    • Penetrations through a timber wall. 
    • RCBO protection on all systems. 
    • A dedicated back to board circuit for all systems over 5kW. 
    • Maximum 15m wiring & conduit. 
    • Installation of the outdoor unit on a suitably flat, level, and clear area. 
    • Additional charges will apply for extra install work. We will always agree the costs upfront with you. 
    • No limits for purchases for a single home installation. 
    • Excludes commercial installations or new homes under construction. 
    • Pre-pipe & fit-off installations will incur additional charges.
