- The promotion commences on Monday 1st September 2025 and ends Tuesday 30th September 2025.
- Any ventilation service for a domestic household where (i) a sales agreement is concluded with Cristal Air International Limited (trading as HRV), and (ii) the invoice is paid by midnight Tuesday 30th September 2025, is eligible for the promotion.
- The prize is the refund of the total purchase including GST.
- There are 5 prizes to be won.
- The first 5 customers drawn at random from all HRV customers in the promotional period will be deemed the winners.
- This draw will take place on Monday 20th October 2025.
- Winners will be notified via email or phone.
- If a winner does not respond within 7 days, the prize will be forfeited, and another eligible customer will be drawn.
- Winners must provide HRV with ‘proof of bank account’ to receive their refund. HRV will accept one of the following as ‘proof of bank account’:
- A copy of a deposit slip which includes the full bank account number (bank, branch, account number and suffix) and the account holder’s name.
- A screenshot of your internet banking which includes the full bank account number and account holder’s name.
- A letter from the bank or a bank statement which includes the full bank account number and the account holder’s name.
- This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or discount on the same product.
- Excludes commercial deals and homes under construction.
- Excludes the Waikato region.
