- The promotion commences on Monday 19 January 2026 and ends Sunday 1 March 2026.
- Eligible for any domestic household that completes a sales agreement with HRV for any Haier Quartz HW heat pump and pays a deposit by midnight Sunday 1 March 2026.
- All pricing includes standard installation and GST. Additional installation charges may apply for extra install work. We will always agree the costs upfront with you.

- Standard installation includes:
- Install of the indoor and outdoor units on opposite sides of an external wall.
- Maximum pipe length 5m.
- Maximum trunking 3m.
- Penetrations through a timber wall.
- RCBO protection on all systems.
- A dedicated back to board circuit for all systems over 5kW.
- Maximum 15m wiring and conduit.
- Installation of the outdoor unit on a suitably flat, level, and clear area.
- Additional charges will apply for extra install work or items (for example scaffolding, building work, mounting brackets or pavers, deinstalling old heat pumps).
