What makes HRV Classic Pro different from HRV Classic?

Classic Pro includes additional features such as Smartphone App Compatibility, Wi-Fi connectivity, real-time air-quality monitoring (humidity, VOCs, eCO₂).

Why does monitoring humidity, VOCs and eCO₂ matter?

These indicators give you a clearer picture of your indoor air quality. Humidity levels help prevent condensation and mould. VOCs highlight airborne chemicals from everyday products. eCO₂ shows when air is becoming stale. Together, they help you maintain a healthier, more comfortable home.

What happens if the power goes out?

Your system will pause during a power cut and automatically resume once power is restored. All your settings remain saved.

Can an HRV system cool a house?

An HRV system fitted with a Summer Kit can take advantage of drawing in cooler air from outside if desirable. A typical example during summer, is when the roof cavity air has been heated during the day and remains warmer than the outside air during the evening and early hours of the night. This is when you can take advantage of venting in the cooler outside air, supporting a better night’s sleep. The Summer Kit is an optional extra with HRV Classic home ventilation that draws cooler air from under the eaves on the south (shaded) side of your house and delivers it to rooms on the sunny (warmer) side of your house.
