HRV NZ Limited (“HRV”) is running a promotion for the purchase of selected products whereby eligible customers will go in the draw to win a new Honda HRV LX 2026 as further specified in these terms and conditions (“Promotion”). The Promotion is subject to the following terms and conditions.
The Promotion commences on Monday 1st June 2026 and ends Friday 31st July 2026.
Any domestic household that completes a sales agreement with HRV (“HRV Sales Agreement”) for a new HRV Classic, HRV Classic Pro or HRV Balanced Ventilation system (“Qualifying System”), and pays a deposit by midnight Friday 31st July 2026, is eligible for the prize draw.
Each new Qualifying System purchased by a domestic household qualifies for one entry into the draw. The entrant will be the individual named as purchaser on the HRV Sales Agreement and entry into this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
To be eligible for the draw the Qualifying System must have been installed and the invoice(s) for the Qualifying System and associated installation services paid in full by the 4th September 2026.
Each Qualifying System purchased must be at full RRP to be eligible for automatic entry into the draw.
This Promotion excludes system upgrades or accessory sales as well as any commercial installations or the purchase of a new HRV Classic, HRV Classic Pro or HRV Balanced Ventilation system for new homes under construction. The purchase of such products will not be eligible for entry into the Promotion.
Employees, contractors, and their family members from HRV and Honda New Zealand Limited (or any of its related companies, as that term is defined in the Companies Act 1993) (“Honda”) are not eligible to participate in this Promotion.
The Winner will receive a prize package with a total estimated value of $47,174.25. The prize package consists of 1 x new Honda HRV LX 2026 RRP$45,800 (“Vehicle”) plus on road costs and a full tank of petrol, valued at $1,374.25. All amounts are inclusive of GST (if any).
The Vehicle colour will be Platinum White Pearl. HRV reserves the right to select a different colour.
The Vehicle is to be collected by the Winner from their local Honda dealership.
HRV will not be liable for any costs associated with the collection of the Vehicle, including travel or transportation. The Winner is responsible for all ongoing running costs, registration renewals, maintenance, insurance, tax, expenses and liabilities of the Vehicle.
Entrants must be aged 18 years or over and be New Zealand citizens or permanent residents living in New Zealand at the time of the Promotion, draw date and prize delivery.
The Vehicle is subject to, and is supplied with the benefit of, Honda’s standard manufacturing warranty. HRV provides no additional warranty or guarantee in respect of the Vehicle.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HRV excludes all liability for any loss, damage, cost, or expense arising from or in connection with: (a) the Winner's acceptance, use, or ownership of the Vehicle following delivery; or (b) any matter beyond HRV's reasonable control affecting the conduct of the Promotion; or (c) any defect, fault, servicing issue, or manufacturer recall relating to the Vehicle.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HRV will not be liable to the Winner or any other person for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive loss or damage of any kind.
Nothing in these terms and conditions excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, the Fair Trading Act 1986, or any other applicable legislation.
The Draw will take place at 36 Victoria Street, Onehunga, Auckland at 11:00am on Tuesday the 15th September 2026 in which HRV will select one winner by a random draw from all eligible entries received (“Winner”).
The Winner will be notified by HRV via phone call and / or email using the contact details included in the Winner’s HRV Sales Agreement. HRV accepts no responsibility for incomplete or incorrect contact details.
If the Winner does not respond within 14 days of HRV’s first attempted notification, the prize will be forfeited, and another eligible entry will be drawn. Any redraw will occur on Thursday the 1st October 2026 using the same random draw method.
The Winner must collect the Vehicle from its local Honda dealership within 10 working days of responding to HRV’s notification, unless otherwise agreed by HRV.
HRV and Honda reserve the right to substitute the prize for a vehicle of equal or greater value.
The prize cannot be exchanged or transferred for cash or any other items.
This Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions or discounts.
HRV reserves the right to alter, modify or update the terms and conditions of this Promotion where it deems that it is reasonably necessary to correct errors, address circumstances beyond HRV’s control or ensure the lawful operation of the Promotion.
HRV reserves the right to disqualify any fraudulent entries or entries that do not comply with the entry conditions specified in these terms and conditions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HRV's decisions in relation to all aspects of the draw, including the eligibility of entries, the conduct of the draw, and the identity of the Winner, are final and binding.
By entering the Promotion, you agree to be contacted by HRV for any promotional purposes and participate in reasonable promotional activity, including use of your name, imagery and videography for marketing purposes, without additional compensation.
By entering this Promotion, you acknowledge that HRV will collect, use and disclose your personal information in accordance with the HRV’s privacy statement www.hrv.co.nz/privacy-policy. The privacy statement, which covers all our products and services, and all our interactions with you, sets out the purposes for which we collect personal information, how the information may be used or disclosed, your rights in relation to your information, and our legal obligations.

These terms and conditions are governed by New Zealand law. Each party irrevocably submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand in respect of any dispute or claim arising under or in connection with these terms and conditions or the Promotion.
