• HRV NZ Limited (“HRV”) is running a promotion for the purchase of selected products, whereby eligible customers will receive a 15% discount on an HRV Classic Ventilation system or a Panasonic Ducted Air-Conditioning system, as further specified in these terms and conditions (“Promotion”). The Promotion is subject to the following terms and conditions.
• The Promotion commences on Monday 2nd November 2026 and ends on Sunday 29th November 2026.
• Any domestic household that completes a sales agreement with HRV (“HRV Sales Agreement”) for a new HRV Classic Ventilation system or a Panasonic Ducted Air-Conditioning system (“Qualifying System”) and pays a deposit by midnight on Sunday 29th November 2026 is eligible for the Promotion.
• The 15% discount also applies to HRV ventilation system upgrades, accessories and additional items purchased with a new Qualifying System.
• This Promotion excludes the purchase of a new HRV Classic Pro or HRV Balanced Ventilation system, as well as high wall, floor console, ceiling cassette and multi-split heat pump systems. The purchase of these products will not be eligible for the Promotion.
• This Promotion excludes purchases for commercial installation or for homes under construction.
• All pricing includes standard installation and GST. Additional installation charges may apply for extra installation work, scaffolding or height equipment, builders' work, etc. We will always agree on the costs upfront with you.
• Travel charges may apply.
• This Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or discount on the same product.
• HRV reserves the right to alter, modify or update the terms and conditions of this Promotion, subject to applicable law.
• By participating in this Promotion, you may be contacted by HRV NZ Limited in relation to your purchase. Any promotional marketing communications will be sent in accordance with applicable New Zealand law and your marketing preferences.
• By participating in this Promotion, you acknowledge that HRV will collect, use and disclose your personal information in accordance with the HRV privacy statement available at hrv.co.nz/privacy-policy.
• The privacy statement, which covers all our products and services and all our interactions with you, sets out the purposes for which we collect personal information, how the information may be used or disclosed, your rights in relation to your information, and our legal obligations.
