TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• HRV NZ Limited (“HRV”) is running a promotion for completing a FREE Home Assessment whereby eligible customers will go in the draw to win a Haier 500 Series AS25PF 2.5kW HW Heat Pump fully installed* as further specified in these terms and conditions (“Promotion”). The Promotion is subject to the following terms and conditions.
• The Promotion commences on Thursday 1st October 2026 and ends Friday 30th October 2026.
• Eligible to any NZ domestic household that completes a FREE Home Assessment with HRV (“HRV Free Home Assessment”) between Thursday the 1st October and Friday the 13th November 2026.
• One entry per eligible household. The entrant will be the individual named as homeowner on the FREE Home Assessment and entry into this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
• Prize is one x Haier 500 Series AS25PF 2.5kW HW Heat Pump fully installed*.
• *Prize includes standard “Back to Back” installation:
  • Install of the indoor and outdoor units on opposite sides of an external wall.
  • Maximum pipe length 5m.
  • Maximum trunking (capping) 4m.
  • Penetrations through a timber wall.
  • A dedicated back to board circuit for all systems over 5kW.
  • Maximum 15m electrical wiring.
  • Install a RCBO on main switchboard.
  • Install a new waterproof isolator switch.
  • Issue a Code of Compliance certificate for electrical work.
  • Testing and commissioning of new heat pump.
  • Plastic mounting feet for the OD unit.
  • Installation of the outdoor unit on a suitably flat, level, and clear area.
• Additional charges will apply for extra install work or items e.g. Scaffolding, building work, mounting brackets or pavers, deinstalling old heat pumps, additional electrical work. Travel charges may apply. We will always agree with the costs upfront with you.
• The Draw will take place at 36 Victoria Street, Onehunga, Auckland at 11:00am on Tuesday the 24th November 2026 in which HRV will select one winner by a random draw from all eligible entries received (“Winner”).
• The Winner will be notified by HRV via phone call and / or email using the contact details included in the Winner’s Free Home Assessment. HRV accepts no responsibility for incomplete or incorrect contact details.
• If the Winner does not respond within 7 days of HRV’s first attempted notification, the prize will be forfeited, and another eligible entry will be drawn. Any redraw will occur on Thursday the 3rd December 2026 using the same random draw method.
• The Winner must agree to have the Prize installed their home within 3 months of responding to HRV’s notification, unless otherwise agreed by HRV.
• HRV and Haier reserve the right to substitute the prize for a vehicle of equal or greater value.
• The prize cannot be exchanged or transferred for cash or any other items.
• Excludes commercial installations or new homes under construction.
• Employees, contractors, and their family members from HRV or Fisher & Paykel (or any of its related companies, as that term is defined in the Companies Act 1993) are not eligible to participate in this Promotion.
• HRV reserves the right to alter, modify or update the terms and conditions of this promotion.
