- ^Standard installation includes:
- Easy access to the new hot water heat pump location.
- Installation of the outdoor unit must be on a suitable flat, level, and clear area. Note pavers or concrete pads are an extra cost.
- Run up to 5 metres of new pipework from existing hot water unit to new hot water heat pump location.
- Install new safety valve pack, plumbing fittings and insulation.
- Supply & fit 3 x stainless steel seismic restraints.
- Run condensate and/or relief drain to a suitable location up to 3 metres.
- Maximum 3 metres between cylinder and heat pump (split system).
- A dedicated electrical circuit for the new hot water heat pump system up to 15 meters.
- Install a RCBO on main switchboard.
- Install a new waterproof isolator switch.
- Issue a Code of Compliance certificate for electrical work.
- Testing and commissioning of new hot water heat pump.
- Rubbish removal.
- Excludes decommission and removing old water heating system.
- Excludes any builder’s work.

- Decommissioning and removal of old cylinder or gas water heater.
- Concrete base or concrete pavers.
- Additional charges will apply for extra install work or items e.g. building work, additional water pipe, additional electrical work. Travel charges may apply. We will always agree with the costs upfront with you.
