- ^Standard “Back to Back” installation includes:
- Install of the indoor and outdoor units on opposite sides of an external wall.
- Maximum pipe length 5m.
- Maximum trunking (capping) 4m.
- Penetrations through a timber wall.
- A dedicated back to board circuit for all systems over 5kW.
- Maximum 15m electrical wiring.
- Install a RCBO on main switchboard.
- Install a new waterproof isolator switch.
- Issue a Code of Compliance certificate for electrical work.
- Testing and commissioning of new heat pump.
- Plastic mounting feet for the OD unit.
- Installation of the outdoor unit on a suitably flat, level, and clear area.
- Additional charges will apply for extra install work or items e.g. Scaffolding, building work, mounting brackets or pavers, deinstalling old heat pumps, additional electrical work. Travel charges may apply. We will always agree with the costs upfront with you.
