- Bank transfer: No surcharge applies.
- Standard EFTPOS (insert or swipe): No surcharge applies.
- GEM Visa and Q Card: No surcharge applies.
- Credit card (Visa, Mastercard), debit card and contactless payments processed through our payment providers: A payment surcharge of 2% will apply to cover merchant processing costs.
Example: If your purchase is $5,500 and a 2% surcharge applies, the surcharge would be $110, making the total payment $5,610.
Any applicable surcharge will be clearly displayed before your payment is processed, so you know exactly what you'll pay.
