HRV Auckland Central
Auckland Central runs from the harbour-edge apartments of Wynyard Quarter and Britomart through to the tightly packed villas of Ponsonby, Grey Lynn and Herne Bay, and out to the brick-and-tile homes of Mount Eden and Epsom. It's a part of the city where the housing stock changes block by block - which means the problems change block by block too.
If you're in a north-facing apartment in the CBD or Wynyard Quarter, you've probably noticed how stuffy it gets on a warm evening, or how the windows fog up overnight. If you're in one of the area's classic villas in Ponsonby, Grey Lynn or Freemans Bay, it's more likely to be damp, a musty smell, or mould creeping along a skirting board despite your best efforts with a squeegee.
