HRV Northland
Northland's warm, humid, sub-tropical climate makes it one of the more forgiving parts of the country to live in, but that same warmth and humidity is exactly what mould and condensation thrive on. Clearing persistent mould in a Whangarei villa
An older villa in one of Whangarei's established suburbs came to us with mould regularly appearing in wardrobes and the bathroom, despite the owners cleaning it off every few weeks. With limited underfloor ventilation and Northland's high year-round humidity, moisture had nowhere to go once it built up inside the home.
Our team assessed the home and installed an HRV Classic ventilation system, drawing in fresh, filtered air and pushing the humid, stale air back out.
