HRV Waikato
The Waikato stretches from Hamilton's established inner suburbs out to fast-growing new developments on the city's edges, and further out again to rural towns across the Hauraki Plains. Sitting inland, the region is well known for thick winter fog and still, cold mornings, conditions that let condensation build up in a home almost overnight.

Clearing persistent winter condensation, Hamilton
A family home in one of Hamilton's older suburbs came to us with heavy condensation on the windows most winter mornings, made worse by the thick fog that regularly settles over the city overnight. With limited insulation and no mechanical ventilation, the home had no way to manage the moisture that built up while the family slept.
Our team assessed the home and installed an HRV Classic ventilation system, drawing in fresh, filtered air and pushing the moisture-laden air back out overnight. Within a few weeks, the morning condensation had noticeably reduced, giving the family a drier, more comfortable home through the rest of the Waikato winter.
